ChainJob Radar serves Web3 job seekers with an official-source, all-role view of crypto exchange hiring changes. We prioritize new, updated, closed, and reopened roles instead of mixing in noisier third-party postings.

LinkedIn, Telegram community recruiting, referral programs, trader recruitment, ambassador programs, Google Forms, and generic resume forms are not primary data sources.
A role is not closed after one failed crawl. Missing roles move into watching status first, are closed only after repeated misses, and are reopened if they reappear.
Crawls run at low frequency through GitHub Actions and prefer structured interfaces. The crawler does not bypass anti-scraping protections or use browser automation as the default path.
Subscriptions, saved jobs, and notification records are protected by Supabase RLS. The frontend uses only the public anon key; service-role keys are allowed only in trusted backend jobs.
Function and product relevance use rules across title, department, location, and description. Low-confidence roles enter the review queue, but all-role public search still includes them.
The MVP validates whether official job-change alerts save job seekers time compared with opening each exchange career site manually. Coverage is not padded with unofficial sources; remaining exchanges are added only after compliant official sources are found.
